“I am stunned. Every assertion made in this book rings true with me.

For the first time I can remember, I went for my daily walk without my earbuds. Instead of half-listening to music I have heard thousands of times, I paid attention to the trees, the sky, and the sea. I was delighted. Even more surprising, while I was delighted, I wasn't brooding about anything at all.

Dahl has explained this beautifully and has given me the help I needed not to sneer at something I didn't understand.
